Concurrent Resolution to provide for a "U.S. Space Week".

Requests the President to issue a proclamation designating the seven-day period, beginning on Monday, that contains the July 20 date of each year as "United States Space Week", and calls upon the people of the United States to observe such period with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
