Makes it the sense of the Congress that the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Agriculture should each conduct an immediate and thorough investigation to determine whether: (1) foreign currencies generated from the sale of agricultural commodities under the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954; and (2) agricultural commodities intended for use under such Act have been or are being utilized in violation of that or any other Act.
Expresses the sense of the Congress that the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Agriculture should report the results of their respective investigations to the Congress within 90 days after this resolution is agreed to by both Houses of Congress together with such recommendations for legislation as they may individually or jointly deem appropriate.
