A bill to authorize Federal savings and loan associations and national banks to own stock in and invest in loans to certain State housing corporations.

Authorizes Federal savings and loan associations and national banks to own stock in and invest in loans to certain State housing corporations. Declares it to be the purpose of this Act to provide a means for private financial institutions to assist in providing housing, particularly for low or moderate income families, through such purchases and investments.
