Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into contracts with, or make grants to, the several States and other entities to assist them in carrying out demonstration projects involving the reclaiming of lands which have been strip mined.
Authorizes appropriations of $20,000,000 to carry out the provisions of this Act.
