A bill to amend the Admission Act for the State of Idaho to permit that State to exchange public lands and to use the proceeds derived from public lands for maintenance of those lands.
Allows Idaho, under its Admission Act, to exchange public lands for other public or private lands. Requires that the values of lands so exchanged be approximately equal, or if not approximately equal, they shall be equalized by the payment of money by the appropriate party.
