A bill to amend title VII of the Public Health Service Act to provide for the making of grants to appropriate colleges and universities to assist them in the establishment and operation of programs for the training of physicians' assistants.

Authorizes the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to make grants under the Public Health Service Act to colleges and univeristies to assist them in the establishment and operation of programs for the training of physicians' assistants. Authorizes appropriations of $10,000,000 annually commencing with fiscal year 1974 to carry out the provisions of this Act.
