Savings in Farm Subsidies Act - Reduces the limit on subsidy payments which an individual may receive under the wheat, cotton and feed grain programs under the Agriculture Act of 1970 from $55,000 to $20,000 annually for the 1974, 1975, and 1976 crop. (Amends 7 U.S.C. 1307)
