A bill to authorize members of the Armed Forces and Federal employees who were in a missing status for any period during the Vietnam conflict to receive double credit for such period for retirement purposes, to provide for the payment of certain pay and allowances for such period.

Authorizes members of the Armed Forces and Federal employees who were in a missing status for any period during the Vietnam conflict to receive double credit for such period for retirement purposes. Provides for the payment of pay and allowances for such period to individuals in an amount equal to that which they would have received if they has been stationed during such period in Saigon, South Vietnames and had no Government quarters furnished and no Government messing facilities available.
