Permits the transportation, mailing, and broadcasting of advertising, information, and materials concerning lotteries authorized by law and conducted by a State. Allows such advertising by radio or television in any State or adjacent State which conducts lotteries. Adds 18 U.S.C. 1307; Amends 18 U.S.C. 1953, 39 U.S.C. 3005.
