Reduces from 20 to 10 years the period of time under title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors', and Disability Insurance) that a divorced woman's marriage to an individual must have lasted for her to qualify for wife's or widow's benefits on the basis of the wages and self-employment income of such individual.
