A bill to amend the National Labor Relations Act to guarantee the right of employers to an election without requiring proof of lack of a majority.

Provides that when an employer files a petition for an election under the National Labor Relations Act regarding labor representation for the purpose of collective bargaining the National Labor Relations Board shall not require any proof that the petitioner has a reasonable or good faith doubt that the individual or labor organization claiming recognition as representative has the support of a majority of employees in the appropriate unit or units in which the claim is made.
