A bill to amend titles I, IV, X, XIV, and XVI of the Social Security Act to prevent recipients of assistance under programs established pursuant to such titles from having the amount of such assistance reduced because of increases in the monthly insurance benefits payable to them under title II of such act.

Provides that recipients of public assistance under programs established pursuant to titles I, IV, X, XIV, and XVI of the Social Security Act shall not have the amount of such assistance reduced because of increases in the monthly insurance benefits payable to them under title II (Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Insurance) of such Act.
