Makes the inspection provisions of the Poultry Products Inspection Act applicable to domestic rabbits slaughtered for human food, to persons who slaughter and handle such rabbits, and to establishments in which such rabbits are processed.
Allows a State two years from the date of enactment to develop and enforce its own requirements paralleling the Poultry Products Inspection Act before intrastate activities come under Federal regulation.
