A bill to authorize the extension of certain leases under the act of February 25, 1920.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to extend for 2 years the lease on lands held for the production of mineral resources where such lease has expired solely because of the failure of the lessee to initiate actual drilling operations due to the pendency of an environmental impact statement.
