Directs the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to conduct a research program with regard to the diagnosis and treatment of histoplasmosis and ocular histoplasmosis.
Authorizes, for fiscal years 1975-1977, specified sums to be appropriated for the research programs and for conducting training programs.
