A bill to amend section 2 of the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933 so as to require all meetings of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority to be open to the public.

Requires that all meetings of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority involving the transaction of business of such Board shall be open to the public.

Requires public notification of such meetings not less than twenty-four hours prior to each meeting.
