A bill to designate the Wheeling Suspension Bridge as a national historic site, and to provide for the administration and maintenance of the site by the Secretary of the Interior in consultation with an advisory commission.

Provides for the designation of the Wheeling Suspension Bridge, at Wheeling, West Virginia, as a national historic site. Provides for the administration and maintenance of the site by the Secretary of the Interior in consultation with the Wheeling Suspension Bridge Advisory Commission (established by this Act).
