A bill to authorize a study for the purpose of determining the feasibility and desirability of designating the Pacific Northwest Trail as a national scenic trail.

Authorizes, under the National Trails System Act, a feasibility study of the Pacific Coast Bike Trail, which would extend from Canada to Mexico and follow as nearly as possible the outline of the Pacific Ocean. (Amends 16 U.S.C. 1244)
