Provides that the Federal Savings and Loan Advisory Council shall be subject to all the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, and that the Council shall continue to exist for each two-year period that the Federal Home Loan Bank Board shall so advise.
Expands the membership of the Federal Savings and Loan Advisory Council, including representatives of the public interest. Amends 12 U.S.C. 1428a.
