A bill to provide for a study of the feasibility of allowing individuals, during their working years, voluntarily to make additional contributions to the social security program established by title II of the Social Security Act and during retirement receive additional social security benefits based on such additional contributions.

Requires a one-year study of the feasibility of allowing individuals, during their working years, voluntarily to make additional contributions to the social security program established by title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act and during retirement to receive additional social security benefits based on such additional contributions.
