A bill to amend the act entitled "An Act to establish the Fire Island National Seashore, and for other purposes", approved September 11, 1964 (73 Stat. 928).

Increases from $16,000,000 to $26,000,000 the funds authorized to be appropriated for the acquisition of lands pursuant to the Act establishing the Fire Island National Seashore.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to petition in the United States District Courts for injunctive relief concerning any action covered by the provisions of this Act.
