A bill to amend section 5532 of title 5, United States Code, relating to reduction of retired or retirement pay of retired officers of the uniformed services who are employed by the Federal Government.

Provides that in the case of a retired officer of a regular or reserve component of a uniformed service who holds a position in the civil service with a salary of at least $36,000 annually, an amount equal to his retired or retirement pay allocable to the period for which he receives pay shall be deducted from his pay, except for lump-sum leave payment purposes.
