A bill to amend US Code with respect to the definitions of widow and widower for the purpose of survivor's annuities.

Redefines the terms "widow" and "widower" for the purpose of survivors annuities paid to Federal employees. Allows the treatment as a widow or widower of one who was married to the Federal employee for a period of less than two years immediately prior to the employee's death if prior periods of marriage accumlate a period of two years. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 8341(a) (1)(A))
