Economic Review Act - Title I: Establishes an Economic Review Board to review the factors in the present international and domestic economic situation that contribute to inflation and to discern the relative economic impact of each of these factors in fostering the current lack of price restraint.
Title II: Productivity - States that the National Commission on Productivity and Work Quality shall establish regional and industry productivity councils to improve productivity in regions and industries.
Title III: Authorizes to be appropriated up to $50,000,000 to carry out the provisions of this Act.
