A bill to amend the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 to authorize the appointment of hearing examiners of congressional committees.

Authorizes, under the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946, the appointment of hearing examiners by congressional committees. Stipulates that each hearing examiner of a committee so designated is authorized to conduct hearings of the committee, or any subcommittee thereof.
