A bill to amend section 8d (2) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933, as reenacted, amended and supplemented by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended, to provide authority to grant certified public accountants access to confidential records for the purposes of making an audit.

Provides authority under the Agriculture Adjustment Act of 1933 to the Secretary of Agriculture to allow certified public accountants to make an audit of records relating to the operation of an agency established to administer a marketing order issued to support the purchasing power of farmers and the value of agricultural assets which are deemed to be supporting of the national credit structure.
