Requires the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy to make continuing studies of the development, use, and control of Atomic Energy.
Requires the Atomic Energy Commission and the Department of Defense to keep the Committee fully informed of their activities with respect to the development and application of atomic energy.
States that through members of the Joint Committee who are members of the Senate, the Joint Committee, twice in each session of the Congress, shall cause to be made to the Senate a report on the development, use, and control of atomic energy for the common defense and security and for peaceful purposes.
