A bill to amend section 5001 of title 38, United States Code, in order to require Veterans' Administration hospitals to be located throughout the United States in a manner to better serve the convenience of all veterans in all the States.

Directs that Veterans' Administration domiciliary facilities be located throughout the United States so that a majority of the veterans residing in any State will not have to travel more than a distance of four hundred miles from their permanent residences to reach a Veterans' Administration domiciliary.
