A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to guarantee to each employee in the competitive service who has completed the probationary or trial period, the right to a hearing, a hearing transcript, and all relevant evidence prior to a final decision of an agency to take certain action against such an employee.
Federal Employee Administrative Hearing Rights Guarantee Act - Provides each employee in the competitive service of the Federal Government who has completed the probationary or trial period, the right to a hearing, a hearing transcript, and all relevant evidence prior to a final decision of an agency to remove or suspend without pay an employee. Sets forth procedures for implementing the provisions of this Act.
