A bill to amend the Natural Gas Pipelines Safety Act of 1968, as amended, to authorize additional appropriations.
Natural Gas Pipeline Safety Act Amendments - Provides that appropriations authorized under the Natural Gas Pipeline Safety Act shall be used for pipeline safety programs approved under provisions of such Act.
Disallows appropriations authorized under such Act from being used as grants-in-aid.
Authorizes appropriations for fiscal years 1975 through 1978 for grants to aid State enforcement of such Act.
