A bill to amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, with respect to an exemption for certain employees who are baby sitters.

Exempts from coverage of the minimum wage law, under the Fair Labor Standards Act, babysitters who are employed by a person who is, in turn, employed substantially full time and who is paid less than twice the minimum wage.
