Provides for the furnishing of 100 percent of the costs of rehabilitative services to inpatients of long-term care facilities.
Authorizes necessary appropriations for such purpose.
Prohibits Federal funds for long-term care, under titles XVIII (Medicare) and XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act, for long-term care institutions not having a rehabilitative services program in effect after June 30, 1975.
