A bill to amend the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and for other purposes.

Adds to the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act which allows the Commission to cooperate with any nation (subject to conditions) in the distribution of nuclear materials, to allow cooperation with any group of nations.

Adds to the provisions of such Act which allows specified distributions to the International Atomic Energy Agency and distributions established in writing to any group of nations, the requirement that such distributions be subject to disapproval by the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy.
