A bill to amend the Disaster Relief Act of 1970 to provide for a minimum amount of time during which applications for disaster relief can be received.

Revises the Disaster Relief Act of 1970 by providing that the period for the receipt of any application for disaster assistance under this Act shall not be less than 90 days from the determination of the disaster.
