Rehabilitation Act Amendments - Establishes in the Office of the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, the Rehabilitation Services Administration to be headed by a Commissioner to be appointed by the President.
Extends and authorizes additional appropriations under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 for vocational rehabilitative services, assistance for rehabilitation facilities, vocational training services for handicapped individuals, and assistance to the National Center for Deaf-Blind Youths and Adults.
