A bill to establish a Marine Fisheries Conservation and Management Fund.
Marine Fisheries Conservation and Management Fund Act - Establishes the Marine Fisheries Conservation and Management Fund for the conservation, management, protection, and development of marine fisheries.
Establishes an advisory committee to assist the Secretary of Commerce in carrying out this Act.
Deposits in the Fund all fines and penalties derived from violations of the Federal fisheries laws levied against fishing vessels; and an amount equal to 100 percent of the gross receipts from duties collected under the customs laws on fisheries products.
