A bill to amend the Interstate Commerce Act in order to improve service in the transportation of household goods by motor common carriers.

Requires motor common carriers of household goods to keep specified records, including late shipments, damaged shipments, and claims settlements, and to file such records quarterly with the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC).

Requires carriers to submit such information on all carriers, to be compiled by the ICC to prospective shippers and to retain a receipt thereof.
