Provides, under title II (Old-Age, Survivors', and Disability Insurance) and title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act, that individuals receiving aid under a State medical assistance plan approved under aid to the aged, blind, disabled and needy families with children provisions of the Social Security Act, or who meet the income and resources requirements of such a plan shall not pay an enrollment fee or premium or any deduction, cost sharing, or similar charge for specified medical services.
Provides that deductions or cost sharing charges for other services for such individuals will be nominal.
