A bill to amend section 405 of the Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended, to provide that price support loans shall mature 1 year after the date on which they are made.

Provides that price support loans, under the Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended, shall mature one year after the date on which they are made unless extended by the Secretary of Agriculture.
