Establishes the Federal Tourism Energy Resources Board within the Federal Energy Office.
Directs the Board to: (1) review all regulations, rules, orders, procedures, and actions of the Administrator of the Federal Energy Office carried out pursuant to the Emergency Petroleum Allocation Act of 1973, with a view to determining whether they adversely affect tourism industries in the United States; and (2) determine what, if any, modifications of existing laws or regulations, including such regulations, rules, orders, procedures, and other actions of the Administrator, are required to insure an adequate supply of energy to all parts of the tourism industry in the United States.
