Funeral Transportation and Living Expense Benefits Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Defense to provide funeral transportation and living expense benefits to the families of deceased prisoners of war who died while classified as prisoners of war or as missing in action during the Vietnam Conflict and whose remains shall have been returned to the United States after January 27, 1973.
Lists those classes of relations who shall qualify as eligible family members under this Act.
