A bill to correct an anomaly in the rate of duty applicable to crude feathers and downs.

Provides for duty-free treatment, under the Tariff Schedules of the United States, for feathers and down, whether or not on the skin, crude, sorted, treated or both sorted and treated, but not otherwise processed, entered on or before December 31, 1979. (Amends 19 U.S.C. 1202)
