A bill to authorize the Secretary of Transportation to make grants for the construction of bikeways in urbanized ares.

Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to make grants for the construction of bikeways in urbanized areas.

Provides that the Federal share of any project for the construction of a bikeway shall be 80 percent of the total cost of such project, with the remaining 20 percent of such cost to be paid by the grantee.

Authorizes $10,000,000 to be appropriated per fiscal year from the Highway Trust Fund, and $10,000,000 per fiscal year out of any other money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the provisions of this Act.
