A bill to amend the Small Business Act.

Increases from $4,875,000,000 to $6,000,000,000 the amount which may be outstanding from the Business Loan and Investment Fund at any one time under various sections of the Small Business Act and title IV of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964.

Increases from $556,250,000 to $725,000,000 the amount which may be outstanding at any one time under title III of the Small Business Investment Act of 1958.

Increases from $381,250,000 to $450,000,000 the amount which may be outstanding at any one time under title IV of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964.
