A bill to amend title 37, United States Code, to include a foster child as a dependent of a member of the uniformed services for certain purposes.

Expands the definition of "dependent" to include foster children for purposes of: (1) allowances of members of the uniformed services; and (2) payments to missing persons. (Amends 37 U.S.C. 401 and 551)
