A bill to amend the District of Columbia Sales Tax Act to exempt certain food programs from the imposition of the sales tax.

Exempts, under the District of Columbia Sales Tax Act, the sale of food or beverages for use in the operation, by a nonprofit private voluntary organization, of a nonprofit food service program from the imposition of the sales tax.
