Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to acquire lands and interests therein within the boundaries of the Cache National Forest in the State of Utah in order to protect the water supply of Ogden City and surrounding areas.

Authorizes to be appropriated $3,450,000, to remain available until expended, to carry out the purposes of this Act.
