A bill to direct the President to establish and carry out a program for rationing gasoline.
Mandatory Gas Rationing Act - Provides, under the Emergency Petroleum Allocation Act of 1973, that the President shall promulgate regulations for the establishment and carrying out of a program for the rationing of gasoline. Directs the President to provide for procedures by which any gasoline user for whom rationing is established may petition for a review or modification with respect to his ration.
States that no regulation may impose any tax or user fee, or provide for a credit or deduction in computing any tax.
