=Title II: Research, Development, Test and Evaluation= - Enumerates authorized appropriations for the fiscal year 1974 for the use of the Armed Forces of the United States for research, development, test and evalutation.
=Title III: Military Construction= - Authorizes the appropriation of not in excess of $3,866,000 during the fiscal year 1974 for maintenance of real property in support of military family housing.
