Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act - Increases the monthly subsistance allowance for veterans enrolled in vocational rehabilitation programs and increases the educational assistance and special training allowances to be paid to eligible veterans.
Increases the amount of monthly training assistance allowance for approved apprenticeships or other approved on-the-job training for eligible veterans.
